Turner Freeman Law Firm
Encompassing the entirety of level 12, 160 Sussex Street Sydney, Law Firm Turner Freeman’s office fit-out is a stand out example of traditional legal practice workplace design executed with contemporary elegance and functionality. Spread over 670 square metres, the tenancy features a highly efficient layout which creates spaces for client meeting privacy whilst also enabling team collaboration through clear lines of sight across the floor space.
Our journey on the project began with an open floor plate, making it easier for us to get an understanding of the mechanical and hydraulic building services. From a construction detail perspective, we are proud of the quality on display in this project having played an active role in ensuring the modest architectural details were maximised at every opportunity. From the varying glazing frame detailing on the offices and doors, through to the concealed pump out system in the kitchenette and our careful coordination of the layout of the building services above the ceiling at reception to minimise visual distractions – we took every opportunity to pour over this project with a fine tooth comb and the results speak for themselves.
The Building Guild won the Turner Freeman fit-out project through a competitive, lump sum tender process. Our commitment to delivering the space within the project programme, coupled with our growing reputation for quality and value for money office fit-out projects gave us an edge over our competitors.
