Workplace Fitout

Spanning levels 3,4,5 at 465 Victoria Avenue Chatswood, Carnival Cruise Line Australia’s new offices couple open-plan work environments, multiple consulting and meeting spaces and an interactive cafeteria resulting in a contemporary and collaborative work environment. Designed by Siren Design, the fit-out challenges the traditional floorplan of office spaces and embraces collaborative, flexible working with a cafe style culture.

The Building Guild was engaged by Knight Frank to provide a premium environment. The scope included commissioning insitu model cruise ships encased in perspex. As well as housing a complex IT infrastructure and main communications room with sub-communications rooms on each floor. An ’emergency room’ also constructed as a risk management requirement. The executive level was one part of the integrated 3 level fit-out project and consisted of meeting rooms, boardrooms, fabric panels, reception area, bespoke joinery units, glazing partitioning and a large open-plan kitchen. With the corridor areas also boasting intimate banquette style seating and tables all lined with wallpapers.  The fast tracked program commenced in October and was completed in December 2017.
